This patient in her mid=twenties came to the office to discuss nose surgery with Dr. Connors. She had always been unhappy with the appearance of her nose with the main concerns being the length and width, the bump, and the downturned tip. At her consultation appointment, Dr. Connors discussed with the patient her goals and also used the Vectra 3D Imaging System to show a projected outcome of the surgery. After seeing the imaging, the patient was even more excited about her surgery. Dr. Connors used an Open Rhinoplasty technique to address all of the patient's concerns. He narrowed the bridge of her nose, reduced the dorsal hump, brought the projection (length) in more towards her cheeks, and turned the tip up slightly. The patient is extremely happy and loves her results!
