Atlanta, GA Patient has Mastopexy Procedure*

Procedure Details

This patient in her early thirties came to the office to discuss breast surgery with Dr. Connors. She had felt that over the past few years she had lost volume in the upper-pole of her breasts and since that loss of volume, the asymmetry in her breasts had become more apparent. Prior to surgery she was a D-Cup and wanted to be a C-Cup post-operatively. Dr. Connors felt that she was a perfect candidate for a Mastopexy (Breast Lift) procedure. During the surgery, Dr. Connors used an anchor incision (around the areola, vertically down the breast, and at the fold of the breast) and then removed the appropriate amount of breast tissue and skin to create symmetry and her desired size. He used the patient's own breast tissue to reshape the breasts so they sit higher and to restore lost volume in the upper-pole of her breasts. Dr. Connors also reduced the size of her areola in order to create better proportion to her smaller breasts. The patient is incredibly happy and absolutely loves her results.
