This patient in her early forties came to the office to discuss a Breast Lift (Mastopexy) procedure with Dr. Connors. She felt her breasts were too large and, that as she aged, her they had lost volume. She also had concerns with asymmetry. She wanted to go from a preoperative D Cup to an A Cup postoperatively. Dr. Connors used two incisions (one around the areola and one vertically down the breast) in order to remove the appropriate amount of breast tissue to create symmetry, her desired size, and to lift the breasts. With the Mastopexy procedure, Dr. Connors was able to give her the smaller, fuller breasts she desired.
