This patient in her mid-thirties came to the office to discuss breast surgery with Dr. Connors. She had a primary Breast Augmentation ten years earlier, but since having four children, she felt that they had gotten larger and lost their youthful appearance. Her goal was to be slightly smaller, more lifted, and symmetrical. In order to address these concerns, Dr. Connors recommended a Breast Implant Exchange with a Mastopexy (Breast Lift). During surgery, Dr. Connors removed her old implants along with any scar tissue in the breast capsule. He then chose Allergan's Natrelle, 345cc, Moderate Profile, Silicone Implants and placed them under the muscle (submuscular). Once in place, Dr. Connors removed a small amount of tissue from each breast in order to create symmetry and lift the breasts. These procedures combined addressed all of the patient's concerns and, Dr. Connors was able to take the patient from a preoperative DDD Cup to her desired lifted, symmetrical, D Cup. She is so excited and loves her results!
